4.5" square. A wooden box with slide lid has original green paint and beautiful engraving on the lid portraying a woman opening holiday gifts with her children, along with puzzle name in three languages. The contents include 3 engravings with original lacquered detail, and complete puzzle pieces. English shop label is on the base. Excellent condition. Circa 1850.
