Each having carved wooden or paper mache head with creatively designed facial expression and carved hair, hat or helmet, each with original painted complexion, hair and features, and having hollow costume with carved wooden lower arms and legs, for use as puppets with the popular children's Punch and Judy or Polichinelle theatres of the 19th century. Excellent condition, one foot missing. Circa 1880.
