Description
3.5" (9 cm.) A tin lithographed wind-up toy features a four-wheel car with brightly decorated sides including passenger profiles. Standing on the front and rear bumpers are a pair of dimensionally-figured men with hinged arms, each holding onto the frame of the car. When wound and activated the men busily pump the handcar back and forth which, assumedly, moves the car. Condition: very good, colors fresh and vibrant albeit a bit darkened on window frames, mechanism functions when held in hand, but may be missing a piece of the underside that would cause car to move when placed on the ground.
