12" (30 cm.) Bisque swivel head on bisque shoulder plate, blue glass eyes, closed mouth, painted facial features, blonde mohair wig,kid body with shapely waist, wearing early white pique gown with lace sleeves, undergarments. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 0. Comments: Gaultier, circa 1880. The doll, from the original collection of Estrid Faurholt of Denmark was featured in her Book of Dolls and Dollhouses before being acquired by the Legoland Museum.
