Description
12" (30 cm.) Very heavily weighted larger (12") clown, likely French, has amusing chubby facial expression and thumbs up pose, painted costume with polka dot ruffle and star-printed base; the small clown has musical weighted base and is painted in vivid colors, likely German. Good condition, some typical rubs, fading and play wear, small clown may have held at object now missing. Circa 1910.
