19" (48 cm.) All-wooden doll with socket head, painted/decal blue eyes, upper eyeliner, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with row of painted teeth, blonde curly mohair tacked-on wig, all-wooden spring-jointed body, cotton dress (may be original). Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Schoenhut Doll Pat. Jan 17th, 1911 USA. Comments: Schoenhut, the first model of "Miss Dolly", 1920-1924, with painted/decal eyes. Value Points: fine original painting is wonderfully-preserved, original very lush wig, original Schoenhut green woven socks and Schoenhut brown saddle shoes.
