23" (58 cm.) Pale bisque shoulder head with rounded facial shape, slightly elongated throat, sculpted ears, black sculpted hair cropped tightly to the head with deeply sculpted and painted curls onto the forehead and sides of head, sculpted ears, painted facial features, muslin-stitch-jointed body, bisque forearms. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1865, exceptional sculpting of forehead curls, wearing original cotton print baby dress, undergarments, leather slippers.
