Description
8"l. monkey spiral, 3 1/2" monkey figure. Included are two spiral gravity toys, one with costumed monkey (signed Germany),the other with two seated girls below a flag, which twirl to appear as though climbing or descending the spiral pole; both attributed to Distler, circa 1910, although the monkey is closely related to Lehmann's Monkey Climbing the Pole patented toy. Along with bird in birdcage with springs forward on its perch when lever pushed. Excellent condition.
