Description
9" (23 cm.) German bisque shoulder head doll with blonde mohair wig, painted facial features, pierced ears, muslin body, bisque lower limbs, wearing her original country costume. Condition: generally excellent, crack at rear of cistern. Comments: Germany, circa 1880, included with the doll is a rare earthenware cistern with sculpted cherubic design, working silver faucet, and removable lid.
