Description
3" (8 cm.) A blown glass 3" globe with marbled paper base displays a carved wooden figure of man with sculpted and painted costume, loosely jointed legs, wire bristle legs that suspend below the wooden legs, and allow the doll to appear as though dancing. The doll was featured in Estrid Faurholt's Book of Dolls and Doll Houses, a beloved miniature doll in her collection. Circa 1850.
