Description
5.5" (14 cm.) 5.5" doll. An early German black haired porcelain doll has softly looped waves of hair over each ear and joined in a chignon at back of head, painted features, muslin body, porcelain limbs, painted black shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1865, included are 5 little all-porcelain bathing dolls known as Frozen Charlotte, an antique wooden doll chair, and a tiny woven baby cradle.
