Description
29" (74 cm.) Apricot mohair (faded to honey golden, with apricot color visible at neck) and with lustrous silky finish, stitched-on ears, long pointed snout with dark brown embroidered nose tip and mouth, black shoe-button eyes, jointed elongated arms, hip-jointed legs with over-sized feet, felt paw pads. Generally excellent, some repairs to paw pads. Germany, Steiff, with original blank button in ear, circa 1910. Very rare early teddy in grand exhibition size.
