5" (13 cm.) All wooden doll with painted back hair and facial features, paint-over-gesso complexion, dowel-jointed arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Grodnertal, circa 1850, the doll wears her original silk, lace and homespun costume and bonnet, and holds a tiny all-jointed Grodnertal baby.
