9" (23 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head with rounded facial modeling, black painted hair in center part combed smoothly over the ears and into coiled chignon at back of head, painted facial features, muslin stitch-jointed body, leather arms, nicely costumed in silk gown, undergarments, lace bonnet, kid shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1865.
