Each is wood with steam-pressed carved detail at the doors or chair backs, including large cupboard with silverware drawers and narrow side doors, smaller kitchen cupboard with two-shelved upper glass-door top, red-stained camel back sofa with green velvet upholstery and matching chair with fringe, similar chair with red upholstery and brown stain, brown-stained camel back sofa with mauve velvet upholstery, and pair of fancy arm chairs with velvet upholstery. Also included is silver metal three-arm candelabra and wooden potted flower. The hutches and red chairs are stamped H.P. Jensen Ostergade 17; and the arm chairs are marked with the Theodor Thorngreen toy store label. Excellent condition. Circa 1890.
