14" (36 cm.) Wax over paper mache shoulder head, blue glass inset eyes, painted facial features, closed mouth, brunette mohair original wig, muslin body with paper mache lower limbs. Condition: typical age crazing on wax. Comments: Germany, circa 1875, the doll wears her original low-bodice silk evening gown generously trimmed with beaded decorations, beaded slippers, undergarments.
