One piece porcelain head and upper torso, sculpted baby bonnet with ruffled edging and red painted ribbon, painted facial features, muslin torso with bellows, jointed porcelain arms, one piece porcelain lower torso and chubby legs. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1865, the rare taufling baby with sculpted bonnet and original costume has its original blue cotton printed bunting and sacque.
