13" (33 cm.) Pressed bisque socket head, ice blue glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with shaded and accented lips, tiny tongue tip, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden eight-loose- ball-jointed body with straight wrists. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: R. 4/0 D. Comments: Rabery and Delphieu, circa 1880. Value Points: beautiful bebe with dramatic eyes, plump face, original early body with original finish, antique costume.
