11" (28 cm.) Bisque socket head depicting a cheerful smiling child, painted facial features, small blue upper glancing eyes, painted lashes and brows, closed mouth with painted teeth, wide beaming smile, impressed dimples at the corners of mouth, brunette mohair wig, Sonneberg composition and wooden fully jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: BP 0 Geschutzt S&Co. Germany. Comments: Bahr and Proschild, circa 1912, for Swaine and Co.
