Solid domed bisque socket head with modeled topknot and side curls in classic blonde color with glazed highlights, brown glass side-glancing eyes, dark eye liner, short painted curly lashes,"dash" brows, rounded button-shaped nose, closed mouth with thin-line impish smile, blushed cheeks, composition five piece toddler style body with chubby stomach, starfish-shaped hands, wearing antique lace dress. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Ges Gesch O'Neill JDK 10 O'Neill (head) O'Neill )foot). Comments: Kewpie, designed by Rose O'Neill, produced by Kestner of Germany, circa 1910. Value Points: rare glass-eyed model with superb modeling and bisque, original body in grand condition.
