12" (29 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, slightly parted lips, four teeth, brunette human hair, French composition and wooden fully jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Unis France 71 149 301 1 1/4 (head) 2 (torso) 1 (feet). Comments: Bleuette, circa 1930. Value Points: the rare model wears an original Bleuette costume "La Lai Tou" from the 1936 catalog comprising green knit skirt, knit sweater and cap, undergarments, shoes and socks, and little green matching kidskin bag with embroidered berries.
