Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, large almond-shaped grey glass enamel inset eyes, dark eye liner encircles the eye cuts, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French all wooden body with dowel articulation at shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles, and swivel-articulation at waist and upper thighs, separately sculpted fingers in delicately curled pose, lovely antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: attributed to Jumeau, circa 1875. Value Points: outstanding quality of modeling with entrancing large eyes, rarer deluxe-quality wooden body with extra articulations at wrists, ankles, waist and upper thighs.
