13" (33 cm.) Polychromed terra cotta shoulderhead with modeled bosom, brown sculpted hair with curls framing the face and pulled into a coiled bun at back of head, enamel eyes, closed mouth, row of teeth, tow-wrapped armature posable body, painted blue stockings and brown painted shoes with red bows, wearing original folklore costume with fringed gilt accents, holding beaded necklace. Excellent condition. Neapolitan, mid-1700s, rare complexion tones.
