5" (13 cm.) One-piece all-bisque figure of naked baby posed in bathing tub, leaning forward as though her back is about to be scrubbed, head turned to the left with delighted yet slightly apprehensive expression, side-glancing intaglio eyes, laughing expression, brown sculpted hair with excellent detail of tousled curls tumbling onto her shoulders. The baby is posed in the original porcelain high-backed tub. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Heubach (sunburst mark). Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1920. Value Points: rare model with amusing expression and pose, great sculpting detail.
