15" (38 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, Dehors neck articulation allowing the head to tilt forward and back and side-to-side, blue glass inset eyes with darker blue iris rims, dark eyeliner, rose blushed eye shadow, arched feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, kid poupee body with gusset-jointing at elbows, hips and knees. Condition: generally excellent, sturdy body with few kid patches. Comments: French, circa 1865, especially pleasing gentle expression enhanced by fine delicate bisque, lovely antique gown.
