Description
40" (102 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark painted lashes, brushstroked brows with feathered highlights, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, shaded and accented lips, four porcelain teeth, (new) brunette human hair in hip-length braids, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, tiny eye rim flake. Comments: Kestner, circa 1910. Value Points: exceptionally large example, seldom seen in this model, enhanced by superior sculpting and finest quality of bisque.
