Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, almond shaped blue glass enamel inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with smiling expression, accent line between the lips,blonde mohair wig over cork pate, pierced ears, French kid gusset-jointed body with stitched and separated fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: C. Comments: Leon Casimir Bru, circa 1872, his deposed smiling model. Value Points: beautiful bisque and sculpting with artfully painted features and complexion on the rare smiling poupee.
