11" (28 cm.) Sculpted head of earthenware or wood composite depicting an adult woman with head inclined downward, sculpted brown hair in elaborate braid, painted facial features, block torso, cloth arms with sculpted hands, sculpted feet. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: circa 1900, the doll wears an original traditional costume of the Oberammergau region including embroidered hat.
