Each has bisque shoulderhead with solid dome, blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with downcast pouty-shaped lips, muslin body with celluloid hands. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Germany 123 (bell symbol) 2. Comments: Kling, circa 1890. Value Points: the pair of dolls wear their original folklore costumes with elaborate detail, he with blonde mohair wig, white boiled wool jacket with gold buttons over red vest, short embroidered pants, red cap, black shoes, she with brunette mohair wig, black cotton shawl, white blouse, woolen skirt with fancy bodice, black leather shoes.
