Description
4" (10 cm.) Two are one-piece open-topped containers sculpted to depict the head of an expressive-faced child, the third has a separate sculpted hat at serves as a lid for the container. Each has deeply sculpted features with intaglio eyes, detailed forelock curl at forehead, and variation of sculpted hat and ruffled collar. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Heubach (sunburst mark). Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1910. Value Points: rare figures with outstanding detail of sculpting and painting, depicting realistically expressive children.
