24" (61 cm.) Felt head with pressed and painted facial features portraying an adult man with strong characterization, prominent nose and chin, brown side-glancing eyes, grey eye shadow, lashes, closed mouth with firmly set lips, orange mohair wig, felt body with slender torso, exaggerated length limbs, separately stitched fingers except two index joined together. Condition: very good, costume is all original albeit a bit dusty and faded. Comments: Lenci, circa 1925. Value Points: very rare early model with wonderfully sculpted features, wearing original green felt tunic, black short trousers, tall kidskin boots, red felt coat with ammunition pockets, black lambswool cap.
