22" (56 cm.) A paper mache French bull-dog with very realistically sculpted musculature has flocked finish grey coat with painted black details of upright ears and eye masks, glass inset eyes, hinged jaw that allows the mouth to open and expose ferocious teeth and tongue, leather collar and ruff, silver pull chain, hidden wooden wheels in feet. When the bulldog is pulled along, the mouth opens and closes and the bulldog emits a stern growl. French, circa 1890. Excellent condition.
