Description
10" (25 cm.) (10" standing St. Nicholas). Each has paper mache head with painted facial features, mohair beard and hair, paper mache hands, and each is wearing his original red and blue flannel St. Nicholas suit. The standing large model separates at the mid-torso for use as candy container; the model seated on log has removable ends of log fur use as candy container, and the Santa with tiny tree seated on the sled has original Made in Germany paper label on foot. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1900.
