4" (10 cm). Leather-bound wooden cast with cast edgings and trim, hinges open to reveal fitted interior containing perfume bottle, needle case, scissors, comb, handkerchief, silver-handled letter opener and such. Good condition, not all contents may be original Circa 1875.
