Description
11" (28 cm). Pink tinted bisque shoulder head with rich brown complexion, black sculpted hair in tight curls, painted brown intaglio side-glancing eyes, black eyeliner, closed mouth with full lips and laughing expression, muslin body, composition limbs, well costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Heubach (sunburst mark) Germany 7657. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: rare little character with delightful expression, beautiful patina of complexion.
