17" (43 cm). Solid domed bisque socket head, fleeced hair, painted dark grey eyes, black upper eyeliner on heavily modeled eyelids, one stroke tapered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with defined space between the shaded and outlined lips, two beaded upper teeth, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, wearing antique sailor suit and cap. Condition: generally excellent, delicate rubs on chin. Marks: K*R 112x 43. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1910 from their art character reform series. Value Points: very deeply modeled features enhances the character expression on the rare doll, original body finish.
