9" (23 cm.) Having gilt bronze frame with fancy crest, applied lacy gilt metal apron, richly-beveled glass hinged door and two side walls, and fitted with rose silk curtain back and tufted cushion shelves. Inside is a hand-painted porcelain perfume bottle with portrait of Victorian lady, and a porcelain portrait brooch. Excellent condition. French, late 1800s.
