Description

Each has composition head with sculpted and painted hair depicting blonde haired woman with painted red facial mask, and Mephistopheles with grey hair, moustache and beard and black facial mask that extends over his nose and forehead, loosely-hinge-jointed limbs, designed for play as theatre dolls, original (frail) costumes. Good condition, original finish with some seam separations. French, circa 1900.
