Ebony-finished wooden dressing table (toilette) with stenciled gilt decorations and white marble top has towel bars at the side, and is surmounted by a box-like cabinet with mirror front and removable top, designed to hold water that can be accessed by the faucet at the base. A rare doll furnishing with excellent detail. Very good condition. Circa 1870.
