20" (51 cm). Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, incised eyeliner, short feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with hint of smile, impressed dimples and laughter lines, dimpled chin, brunette human hair, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, wearing antique grey gentleman's suit, shirt, tie, cap, socks, shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K&H 549 8 Germany. Comments: Kley and Hahn, circa 1912. Value Points: rare character model with well defined cheerful expression, excellent bisque.
