Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, cobalt blue glass enamel inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth, accented lips,blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French kid poupee body with gusset-jointing of elbows, hips and knees, stitched and separated fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 4 F.G. Comments: Gaultier, circa 1875. Value Points: especially beautiful face with choice bisque, brilliant eyes, very sturdy and clean body, superb antique bronze silk gown with lace and featherstitching, undergarments, shoes, bonnet, shawl .
