Bisque socket head, brown glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth, outlined lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over Steiner pate, French composition fully jointed body, nicely costumed in antique lavender cotton dress and cap, undergarments, stockings, kidskin shoes, straw bonnet. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: A5 Le Parisien (head) Bebe Le Parisien Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Jules Steiner, circa 1890. Value Points: sweet bebe in endearing petite size with shy expression, lovely bisque, original body with original finish.
