Pressed bisque socket head with full cheeks, blue glass enamel inset eyes with spiral threading, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, mauve blushed eye shadow, feathered brows, accented nostrils of tiny pointy-tip nose, closed mouth with pale outlined lips, defined space between the lips, pierced ears, blonde lambswool wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 6 B.M. Comments: Mothereau, circa 1884. Value Points: very beautiful bebe with entrancing eyes, very choice bisque with lustrous patina, original body with original finish, wonderful antique costume with intricate detail, lace bonnet, antique undergarments, earrings, shoes, stockings.
