20" (51 cm). Bisque socket head with wheat blonde sculpted hair in slightly tousled finger curls, with sculpted loop for ribbon insertion, painted facial features, intaglio side-glancing blue eyes with large black pupils and decorative glaze highlights, sculpted eye sockets, black and incised eyeliner, lightly feathered brows, accented eye corners and nostrils, closed mouth with exquisite shading of lips, dimpled chin, composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1915. Value Points: very rare model with superb characterization, richly sculpted hair, lovely antique navy blue silk dress with sand silk ribbons, undergarments, leather shoes.
