A large wooden doll house in rectangular shape is painted grey with textured finish and painted architectural details, with opening wide front door flanked by narrow full-length viewing windows, four roof turrets with finial caps, angled roof line with filigree fence enclosing a roof garden space, figural design of woman at the center crest, two chimneys, a small balcony with metal and wooden railing at the center of the second floor flanked by two smaller grill-front balconies. The interior has two rooms on the first floor, each with exterior windows that are fitted with (later) silk curtains, and fireplace in the the larger room. The second floor, assumedly the ballroom, features 7 large (later) silk curtained windows. The floors are original and of elaborate marquetry designs in various shapes. There has been some nicely done restoration. Overall, a large attractive doll house with excellent size of rooms and interesting architectural details.
