Pressed bisque socket head with elongated facial shape, very full lower cheeks, high domed forehead, almond-shaped blue glass enamel eyes with spiral threading and large black pupils, very thick black eyeliner, painted short lashes, mauve blushed eye shadow, feathered brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with defined space between the shaded and outlined lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden eight-loose-ball-jointed body with straight wrists and typical large lower limbs and hands, well costumed in antique silk/cashmere dress with cutwork trim, undergarments, beautiful bonnet, stockings, Jumeau shoes. Condition: generally excellent, original black beauty mark under right eye. Marks: 1. Comments: Emile Jumeau, a very rare earliest period portrait bebe, circa 1877.
