18" (46 cm). Bisque socket head with light brown ("café-au-lait") complexion, brown glass sleep eyes, painted black lashes and feathered brows, rounded upturned nose, accented nostrils, open mouth, richly shaded and glazed full lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, black fleecy wig, brown composition and wooden fully-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1358 Germany Simon & Halbig S&H 6. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1910. Value Points: beautifully characterized child with most pleasing complexion, artful painting, original body and body finish.
