Of fine white cotton with embroidered details, lace edging and silk ribbons, the aumoniere or coin purse was designed to be worn by the bride and used for coins given to her on the wedding day. It is contained in its original presentation box, and is suitably sized for costuming of larger dolls. French, circa 1900.
