Description
A bisque-head boy with painted blonde hair and painted facial features, block torso, and wooden lower arms and legs with painted boots, is seated upon a metal tricycle. He wears his original brown velvet suit with gold edging. The cycle is painted original red with gold striping; the handle bar and steering apparatus are especially fancy.
Movements: He pedals the cycle, pivots his body side to side as though steering, and the bicycle propels in forward and circular motions. Circa 1860.
