Description
17". Having pressed felt character features with wide beaming smile, broad nose bridge, brown painted eyes set into deep sockets, thick black upper eyeliner, deep crinkles under the eyes, cloth- sculpted ears. Bernard has brown side-parted hair with uneven sideburns and bangs brushed across his forehead. He is jointed at shoulders and hips, and wears a plaid flannel smock, orange felt short pants, brown woolen stockings, leather clogs with wooden soles, yellow cotton scarf, and carries a woven harvest basket on his back. The doll has Wright stamp on its foot and paper label on wrist with Vermont address, NIADA designation, and labeled "Bernard". The model was released in 1979-1981 only.
